Q. Are KARIS Cosmetics' products cruelty free?

A. Yes! All of our products are cruelty free.

Q. Is KARIS Cosmetics environmentally friendly?

A. Yes! All of the brushes on our website are made from recycled aluminum. 

Q. Will KARIS Cosmetics be offering more than brushes?

A. Yes! We have some exciting new products on the way, so stay tuned! 

About Order Cancellations and Alterations

Q. I just placed an order but changed my mind. Can I cancel it?

A. Yes, all KARIS Cosmetics orders can be cancelled within the first 24 hours from the time of purchase. Please contact us at Support@kariscosmetics.us to do so. If the time exceeds 24 hours then we are, unfortunately, unable to stop the shipment process. You can, however, return the package for a full product refund, and you can learn more about that HERE.

Q. I forgot to put something in my cart! Can I add it to my previous order without being charged an additional shipping fee?

A. Yes, so long as you contact us at Support@kariscosmetics.us to let us know and purchase the new item within the first 24 hours from when you made the initial purchase, we can ship the items together without charging an additional shipping fee so long as item added to the order doesn't greatly increase the weight of your package (which you can read more about HERE).

Some important details to note:

  • This does not apply to orders selected for Guaranteed 2 Business Day Shipping. Unfortunately, because that process is expedited, shipping times are not flexible.

  • After adding and purchasing your additional item intended for the previous order, the extra shipping fee will initially be charged, but so long as the weight of your package is not greatly altered, the process of it being refunded to your account will begin as soon as possible and your financial institution should reflect that refund within 1-10 business days. If the weight of your package is greatly altered, we will only subtract the needed amount to fulfill shipping requirements and return the rest to your account within 1-10 business days. If you do not see the refund reflected in your account after this allotted amount of time, please contact us at Support@kariscosmetics.us for further assistance. 

  • Please note that this 24 hour rule only applies from when the initial order was placed, and that the 24 hours does not renew with each new item added to the order.

Q. I placed my order, but I accidentally put in two of one item by mistake! Can I remove the extra item from my purchase without canceling the entire order?

A. Yes, so long as you inform our KARIS Cosmetics team at Support@kariscosmetics.us within the first 24 hours from when you made the initial purchase, we can remove the item from your order and issue a refund (please note that it may take about 1-10 business days for your financial institution to reflect this transaction).
