Returns Policy
KARIS Cosmetics allows returns of any unopened or gently used products for a full refund if the item is returned within 30 days of purchase (along with a physical or digital receipt if returning item in-person).
If the returned item meets the required standards, then a full refund will be issued to the purchaser's original method of payment.
The following chart shows how the method of payment for your purchase will determine where your payment will be returned to:
NOTE: After we receive your package it can take up to 30 days to process the return and refund your account; please keep in mind that it may take your financial institution a bit longer to accurately reflect this transaction.
Returns Via Mail
Contact us at Support@kariscosmetics.us before making any returns so that we can make note for our records, keep an eye out for your return, and then properly issue your refund.
